What can I say I am just the proudest Mom + I have my own blog so why not post about it?! An incredibly lovely Mother’s Day this past weekend, my first without my own Mum here in this beautiful world but all the excitement of my baby girl’s graduation from Woodward Academy made up for any sadness. You are my “straight up angel” too darlin, I love you massive amounts + wish for you success always when you work as hard as you have. Great Job. xoxoox  .jpg) .jpg) .jpg) .jpg)    When a friend suggested Angela meet Tom she was hopeful but skeptical since Mr. Right lived in Florida + Angela was living the “single life” as a happy, successful, 30-something jewelry designer in Montreal!! That’s some big distance. Email introductions ensued + after lots of technological communication they finally agreed to meet + Tom flew to Montreal, their first real date lasted FIVE days! On the drive to the airport they confessed neither wanted to part so Angela flew to Florida the very next day … is this the most romantic story or what ??? A relocation to Charlotte, NC followed, then the arrival of their two divine children + this past week their family wedding. Angela + I share an infectious energy + creative spirit + your awesome style + joyful, optimistic outlook is just so much fun to be around. Your description of your plans was beyond all i imagined + Cassie + I couldn’t have enjoyed capturing these memories any more it was a simply a magical day, I’m so glad to know you all + wish you the very best of everything. WHat a treasure to share over the years to come may they be as beautiful as your special day of union! Beautiful Tina…..so talented! Such a pretty wedding! Really beautiful work i love keeping up with you, and that ring bearer really does look like he is driving!! When I first met Laura + her Mom late last year their plans for Laura’s wedding sounded so lovely, there was an immediate connection, I really wanted to work with them + the fact that they wanted to shoot their engagement session in DC made it that much more fabulous! Laura + Ryan met whilst working for different senators. Both are young, driven, hardworking + gorgeous so they’re a perfect match! We planned my visit around their crazy busy schedules as best we could + hoped for cherry blossoms etc but of course that’s not what we got … as you can see from the post below DC gave us all we’d hoped for and more, four season’s in one day literally + it was ridiculous fun! I’d not been to DC for probably 20 years and Ryan was an amazing host preparing me for my citizenship test next year teaching me all about the founding fathers + history of the US capital. So much fun visiting all the memorial sites + I smiled to myself as I know they were both exhausted when they dropped me at the airport, it’s not easy beating down a couple who work in US politics! Thank you sooooo much for a really wonderful day getting to know you both better, I am constantly amazed at how lovely my clients are + grateful for the new friendship we share + now just can’t wait for your wedding day to arrive xo/t.
